Relobotic's Departure Support is designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free transition for employees when it's time to leave the host country. Our team ensures that all necessary termination procedures are followed, including providing notice to the landlord within the required timeframe, coordinating the pre-inspection as well as the final inspection of the property. We conduct thorough property inspections to assess the condition of the premises and ensure that any potential issues are addressed before the actual handback day. By managing the lease termination process, we aim to minimize any potential conflicts or disputes and ensure a satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved. Managing the return of security deposits is another important component of our departure service. We work diligently to ensure that employees or company receive their security deposits in a timely manner, following the stipulated legal requirements and agreements.
